EPS Design S.A. design office was established in the second half of 2020 to meet the growing demands of modern industrial design.

We specialize in managing multi-disciplinary projects for various construction facilities, such as warehouses, production, and industrial halls. Our experience also includes designing external networks and connections, as well as renewable energy systems, including photovoltaic installations and energy storage.

We provide comprehensive investment services – from initial concepts and technical Due Diligence analyses, through obtaining environmental decisions, zoning conditions, agreements with network operators, road managers, and administrative bodies, to building permits and executive projects.

We are characterized by flexibility and an individual approach to each project and client. Our experience in the execution field allows for economic optimization of proposed solutions, which is an additional advantage in investment implementation.

Collaborating with General Contractors, we offer a comprehensive “Design and Build” service, combining design with investment execution.

Our office is located in Gdańsk, but we successfully carry out projects throughout the country.
